 elgart, Tribelead Data Intelligence Hub at T-Systems who has vast experienc
 e in the field. She and her team implemented SAFe to tackle the classical p
 roblems that a growing team with heterogenous roles are facing.\n\nIn a bru
 tally honest and self-reflected talk she is giving insights how the SAFe me
 thods helped them to turn around. Looking forward to learn about the manage
 ment perspective on large scale software development and how to set up a an

 nJulia’s dna is developing new business in a digital transformation environ
 ment. She implemented products & platforms mostly in large corporates like 
 DHL, Axel Springer or Deutsche Telekom. Since 4 years she is working as an 
 intrapreneur for T-Systems in the area of Analytics & Big Data and is deali
 ng on a daily basis with questions like how to bring all teams behind one v
 ision, how to align development teams all over the world, how to increase v
 elocity while keeping people motivated.\n\n
